CSKA Carnabys 2o25-26 Awards
Williams and Garner Claim CSKA Top Accolades
CSKA gathered for the traditional end of season awards celebration, hosted this year at The Soar Point in Leicester.
After an exciting Champions League Final viewing, the Awards were presented in Castle Garden.
Below is a rundown of all our winners.
CSKA Carnabys Players’ Player Award
Winner: Connor Williams
2nd: Matt Westerman
3rd: Tristan Ratan-Wright
Captain Connor Williams has missed out on this award in recent years by just a couple of votes, and this year he has finally brought home the prize. Recognised by his CSKA teammates, he has had yet another outstanding campaign, fighting off injury and (quite literally) throwing his body on the line for his club.
Connor just gets better and better, and now one of the most experienced players at the club he will no doubt write his name into the CSKA Hall of Fame.

“It’s been brilliant to work with Matt this season in particular. He’s such a driven lad who does all the hard graft of boosting his fitness and strength during the week, then shows up on matchday fully engaged and ready. Attitude to training and setting standards for himself and others makes my life much easier. Matt is a worthy winner of this accolade.” – Chris McCafferty (CSKA Manager)
