A three-zone drill looking at penetrating with the overload, but having the ability to quickly transition into either a defensive mode or quickly playing between the lines.
Anyone not listed above to start on this drill. But we will move players between the two.
Beginning in a 4v3 the ball will move to the opposite flank and the attack will begin.
Make sure you are rotating regularly.
